CSPCC: What's on at the club this week?

12 Sep 2019

Dear Members,

Last weekend our senior sides had their final games of the season. Our first XI won their final match to ensure that they maintain their position in Division 5, and our second XI won their game, and subsequently won Division 8 and will be playing Division 7 next year. Huge congratulations to everyone involved!

The weather looks to continue to be good, so we WILL run junior training this Friday. Session times are 4.45pm to 6pm for the U6 and U7, and the U8-U15 year groups will run from 6pm until we lose the light. As usual the bar will be open, with BBQ and Pizza available. Cost is £3 for the U6/7 and £5 for the U8-U15 year groups. If the weather continues to be kind to us, we will run a session next week as well.

Further to the note that was sent out about Presidents Day, and the End of Season Party, the date is confirmed for Saturday 21st September, however note an earlier start time for the game of 12pm. We hope as many of you as possible come and join us.

This weekend Jerry will be showing the final Ashes test in the club house, and depending on how England are doing, maybe the odd game of football. We do not have any cricket planned this weekend, however the nets are open, and the astro wicket is available for anyone that wants some practice.

Have a great weekend.
