CSPCC: Membership Forms :: Please Read

10 Mar 2020

Dear Members,

Its that time of year again when we kindly ask that our members (Senior, Junior, Social etc) complete a membership form and may payment for subs. Note that Subs remain at the same price as last year, and indeed for many years.

Subs are due by the end of April, however to help us manage the workload, we would ideally like to collect and process as many forms as we can prior to this.

If you can print and complete the forms, and then either send payment by BACS (details on the form) or pop into the clubhouse between 6pm and 7pm on Friday evenings where we can accept card payments and cash. Please also feel free to pay by BACS and send a scanned or photographed form to cricket@cspcc.co.uk or just reply and attach to this email.

SPECIAL OFFER For the first thirty completed forms, with payment, and by way of an incentive, we are offering a voucher for a pint (beer or soft drink) and a burger (when the BBQ is running) or you can attend a free fitness class with our partners The Fit House. This offer is available to Senior and Junior memberships only.

JUNIOR SEASON I will be sending a further email out next week about the Junior season, there are quite a few changes to the format this year in the Bucks leagues, and by next week I should be able to clarify all the details. The fixtures are now 99% in place, and in the next week or so will appear on the web site.

PLEASE SAVE THE DATE Saturday 28th March is our Natwest Cricket Force day, where we ask for volunteers to come to the club and help us get the clubhouse ready for the new season. Thanks to Jerry for the fantastic work he is doing on the ground, the work party will mainly focus on a tidy up of the garage, using the new storage area for items in the changing room, cleaning the windows, painting the corridor, toilets and changing rooms and having a general tidy up in the car park. Many hands make light work, so please come along at 9.30am and lend a hand....  If anyone has any specific knowledge about how we can put some temporary fixes into the car park to fill some of the pot holes, please do let us know.

SENIOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY TEAS  We are looking for someone to take responsibility for providing teas on Saturday and Sunday home games. It is a paid position, and a good opportunity for someone to make some pocket money. If you are interested, or know someone that might be, please contact Jerry on 0779865072.

Please do let me know if you have any questions.

Regards Ian
